The Bristol Bootcamp Company offers early morning bootcamps in Bristol and Portishead. They are a great way to kick start your fitness and to help you reach your fitness goals.
The Bootcamps are open to people of all fitness levels but you will need to talk to us first and complete a form to make sure that there are no medical issues before starting the Bootcamp.
Each Bootcamp lasts 4 weeks in total. We meet 3 times a week. Usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:30-7:15am.
You also receive a 4 week Meal Planner full of great recipes that will help you get healthier and reach your fitness goals.
You pay £60 in total in advance for the 12 sessions plus your FREE 4 Week Meal Planner. If you miss a session, you dont get a refund or the opportunity to carry any sessions forward. So if you snooze...you lose!

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us on a 4 hour bootcamp. Dont worry you will have enough energy to do this! You'll have a fantastic workout and learn great exercises and techniques using bodyweight and equipment. Here's an overview of your half day.
Each session lasts 45 minutes with approximatley 10-15 mminutes rest time in between.
Total cost is £25 for the 4 hours. Its a bargain!!
