"My involvement in health and fitness has been a lifelong affair. After leaving school and many sporting representations behind me, I studied a BSc in Sports Coaching at university in Cardiff, and whilst there qualified for and captained the Welsh Trampoline Gymnastics team, and once uni was finished I joined the Fire Service as a firefighter, where I worked wholetime for seven years, training other firefighters on my watch and in the service. I believe in educating people about their bodies and their health and fitness and above all ensuring workouts are both fun and effective at the same time. A good early start for Bootcamp has an amazingly energising effect so it's the perfect time for targeting fat loss and all-over-body training techniques. Because you guys are making the effort to get up so early I like to make my bootcamps varied so they are fun for you so want to get up! They use bodyweight and equipment for resistance combined with running and other games to work the cardiovascular system. So come along, have fun and smash it!'
