Are you a Post Natal Mum?
Our Fresh Air Buggy Fitness classes (or FABFit) are the perfect way for you to reclaim your fitness with other Mums in the Great outdoors!
Bring your baby and buggy along and lets get back into shape!
What to expect
You'll exercise at a pace that suits you whilst having great fun in the fresh air.
You’ll improve your cardio fitness as well as strengthen and tone up those muscles.
Exercise sessions will vary in format so every week is different. Some sessions we'll use equipment, other times we may not. Each session will be carefully planned ahead so you get a fantastic workout.
When can I start?
You can join us as soon as you’ve had the ok from your GP post natal check which is usually after 6 weeks.
Click on Health Form, print off and complete. Bring it along with you on your first session.
£5 per session. Get in touch to book in your first session, after that you can turn up without needing to prebook.
Clothing to consider
- It’s best to layer up as exercising even in cold weather can get you very warm.
- Hat and gloves for you and your baby.
- Good trainers.
- Good fitting sports bra.
Is it weather dependant?
* Unless its dangerous weather which is extremely rare then classes will be run in all weathers.
Other items to bring/things to consider
- Drink for you and your baby
- Rain cover / sunshade.
- Sun cream.
- Snack for baby
- Completed Health Form
- Money to join the Mums for a post exercise coffee and chat (no cake!)

Wednesday 10:30-11:15am join Dave in Victoria Park, Totterdown
We’ll meet close to the small basketball court in the middle of the park (not the large one in the far corner).
