Exercising in a group environment is a fun and cost effective way of keeping fit and meeting new people. Our classes are run by our team of fully qualified Personal Trainers.
Our socially distanced sessions are designed to focus on all the major muscle groups as well as working your heart and lungs and as they are run outdoors you'll benefit from the fresh air. Occasionally you may get a bit wet and muddy but that just adds to the experience!
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and ages so whether you're a beginner or an exercise veteran you won't feel out of place. To comply with Insurance requirements you need to be a minimum of 16 years old.
We have a selection of locations in the Bristol area, some offering morning sessions and others offering both morning and evening sessions.
We also offer outdoor and online sessions so plenty of choices!
